Anxiety Therapy for High Achieving Women in Connecticut

I was born and raised in Connecticut. I grew up in Stamford, and even though I live in Miami, FL now, Connecticut still feels like home to me. I don't really miss the very cold winters, but I do miss the seasons and the New England feel. I also miss being so close to New York City, even though the hustle and bustle can really activate anxiety and stress. I know what that pace of life feels like. I know what it's like to live with the pressure of Fairfield County: the relentless achievement culture, the constant comparison, the unspoken expectation that you'll keep performing no matter what's happening underneath.

That's part of why I do this work. Many of the women I see for therapy in Connecticut are living that same reality building careers in Stamford, Norwalk, Greenwich, Westport, Darien, and the surrounding towns while privately carrying anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout that nobody around them seems to notice. I bring both my clinical training and my lived experience of Connecticut's vibe and culture into our work together.

I offer online therapy across the state in Connecticut. Together, we’ll create a collaborative plan that helps you feel calm, empowered, and in control of your life.

You’ve worked hard to build a successful life but behind the calm, capable exterior, your mind rarely rests.

You’re constantly juggling work demands, family responsibilities, and your own high expectations, all while wondering why it still feels so hard to slow down and just breathe.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and solution focused, science-based psychology practices to help you uncover the patterns that drive your anxiety and replace them with new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that bring genuine calm and confidence.

Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels validating and supportive but also practical and challenging that I help them understand why they feel the way they do and guide them in applying real, actionable tools that actually work so they can experience real improvement and growth.

I’ll help you uncover what’s fueling your stress and anxiety beneath the surface and build practical tools to feel more balanced and at ease in your everyday life.

▸ Build daily habits that support emotional balance and resilience

▸ Reconnect with a sense of joy, confidence, and fulfillment in your life
