  • In some cases, you are eligible to use out-of-network benefits to obtain reimbursements for therapy sessions. You are responsible for paying for each session in full and I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

  • As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. You can use the tool below these questions to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

This will give you a personal estimate of your out-of-network coverage and/or benefits. For many that have out-of-network coverage, what’s typically covered is about 60% - 80% of the cost of each session. If you would like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill that contains all necessary information and documentation for your insurance company.

      out-of-network?

    • How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

    • How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

  • Yes, I do reserve a limited number of spots in my practice for sliding scale spots. At the moment, these spots are full. But, if you do not think you can afford my fee, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. If we are unable to work together, I can refer you to another clinician in my network.

  • To begin, we will have a 15-minute consultation call so we can get to know one another better. This call allows me to get a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re looking for and ask any questions you may have. Additionally, I can more about myself, my style, and my approach.

If we are a good fit and decide to work together, I will send you some forms to fill out prior to our first session as well as the video link for our calls. I ask new clients to commit to 6 weekly sessions to get started. I have found that this is the best way to establish a strong foundation, gain momentum and start making real progress.
