$275 for each 45-minute individual therapy session
As with many specialized clinicians, I do not participate in any insurance plans. This allows for higher quality care, more flexibility, and more confidentiality.
Can I use out-of-network benefits for my therapy sessions?
In some cases, you are eligible to use out-of-network benefits to obtain reimbursements for therapy sessions. You are responsible for paying for each session in full and I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
How much will I be responsible for if I’m using my out-of-network benefits?
As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
This will give you a personal estimate of your out-of-network coverage and/or benefits. For many that have out-of-network coverage, what’s typically covered is about 60% - 80% of the cost of each session. If you would like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill that contains all necessary information and documentation for your insurance company.
Accepted Forms of Payment include:

How do I know if we are a good fit? And if we are, what happens next?
To begin, we will have a 15-minute consultation call so we can get to know one another better. This call allows me to get a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re looking for and ask any questions you may have. Additionally, I can more about myself, my style, and my approach.
If we are a good fit and decide to work together, I will send you some forms to fill out prior to our first session as well as the video link for our calls. I ask new clients to commit to 6 weekly sessions to get started. I have found that this is the best way to establish a strong foundation, gain momentum and start making real progress.
